You are responsible for safeguarding credentials if we offer optional accounts in the future. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access so we can protect order history and personal data described in our Privacy Policy.

Product descriptions and availability

We strive to describe PlantaVibe products accurately, including ingredient lists, allergen statements, and storage notes. Small variations may occur between photography and actual packaging due to lighting or batch updates. When a supplier changes a component, we update site copy as soon as practicable and note the revision date on relevant pages.

Availability is subject to inventory, harvest cycles, and carrier capacity. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a substitution where appropriate or a refund for the unavailable portion.

Pricing taxes and payment

Prices appear in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. We ship PlantaVibe products to addresses you specify within the regions we serve. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless applicable law requires a different rule for your jurisdiction. Risk of loss shifts according to carrier terms; review tracking details and contact us if a shipment stalls.

You are responsible for providing safe access for delivery and for storing perishable-adjacent items according to package instructions. Extreme heat may affect texture even when we include insulation; see product pages for seasonal guidance.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse frozenondhon.world, including by attempting to access non-public areas, interfere with security, scrape content in a way that degrades performance, or use automated tools to place fraudulent orders. You agree not to reverse engineer our checkout flow or harvest customer reviews for unrelated commercial databases without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlantaVibe products and digital content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to frozenondhon.ddd. Maintenance, third-party outages, or security events may cause temporary unavailability. We will work to restore service promptly and communicate broadly if checkout is affected during peak releases.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozenondhon and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or consumption of products, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable consumer protection statutes.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your orders will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, unless a different cap is required by law.

Indemnity

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on frozenondhon.ddd. Material changes affecting fees, liability, or dispute resolution will be highlighted near the top of this page for thirty days. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Subscriptions and recurring shipments

If we offer recurring deliveries of PlantaVibe products, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. You may cancel or skip a shipment through account tools or by contacting Reach us before the cutoff time stated at checkout. Cancellations will apply to future shipments and will not reverse charges for products already shipped.

Price changes for subscription items will be communicated at least ten days before they take effect, unless a shorter window is required by law. If you disagree with a new price, you may cancel before the next shipment processes.

Community events and sample programs

Participation in tastings, studio pop-ups, or partner events is subject to posted rules and capacity limits. You agree to follow safety instructions provided on site. Photographs taken at public events may be used in marketing unless you opt out at the event desk or in writing afterward.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, labor disputes, transportation shortages, or supplier outages affecting ingredients. If such events persist, we may suspend or modify offerings without penalty, and we will communicate options such as delayed shipments or substitutions.
