This Return Policy describes how Frozenondhon handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for PlantaVibe plant-based products purchased through frozenondhon.world or coordinated through Reach us. We want the process to feel as straightforward as reading an ingredient list—clear steps, honest timelines, and respectful communication.

What you can return

Unopened PlantaVibe items in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided the items are in sellable condition and batch codes match our records. Opened food products generally cannot be resold; however, if you experience a quality concern such as off aroma, incorrect label, or seal failure, contact us through Reach us with photos and we will propose a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Bundled sets must be returned complete unless the issue affects only one component, in which case we will instruct you on partial return or disposal consistent with food safety guidance.

Items not eligible for standard returns

We cannot accept returns of items that have been tampered with, stored improperly contrary to printed guidance, or damaged after delivery. We also cannot accept returns when prohibited by local food-safety rules applicable to the category. Promotional samples marked non-returnable at checkout are final.

Digital receipts or downloadable planning PDFs, if offered, are not returnable once accessed unless a technical failure prevented access entirely.

How to start a return

We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization with a Miami-area return address or a carrier label when we are responsible for shipping errors. Do not ship items without authorization, as unidentified packages may be refused or delayed.

Shipping costs for returns

Keep proof of mailing until your refund posts. We recommend tracked shipping for higher-value orders so both sides can verify delivery.

Refunds and timing

After we receive and inspect eligible returns, we initiate refunds to your original payment method within seven business days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post credits. If the original card expired, we will coordinate an alternative that complies with payment network rules.

Partial refunds may apply when only part of a bundle is approved for credit or when restocking fees are permitted by law for specific business-to-business orders clearly disclosed at purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges when inventory allows and when the replacement item matches the value of the returned product. If a replacement has a different price, we will charge or credit the difference with your consent. Seasonal flavors may sell out; in that case we will offer alternatives or a refund.

Damaged or missing shipments

If a carrier shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us within five days so we can open a trace. If items arrive damaged, retain all packaging materials and photograph the exterior and contents. We will file carrier claims when applicable and prioritize sending replacements for time-sensitive plant-based goods.

Retail and third-party purchases

If you purchased PlantaVibe products from a partner retailer, that retailer’s return policy applies for most issues. We can still help with batch questions through Reach us, but refunds may need to be processed by the original seller.

Sustainability and disposal

When we ask you to dispose of a compromised product instead of mailing it back, please follow local composting or recycling rules for food and packaging. We may request a declaration of disposal to complete your refund when shipping the item would be unsafe or wasteful.

Business customers may be subject to separate return windows or restocking terms when disclosed in a written quote. Those terms override this Policy only for the specific transaction they describe. If no special terms exist, this Policy applies in full.

Seasonal and limited releases

Limited-run flavors may sell out before a return window closes. If you request a return for an item that cannot be replaced, we will offer a refund or a different product of equal value after we confirm eligibility.
